Taiwan

Day 4.

I love VIVI, it entertains me, never failed.

We shopped around, and took the afternoon bus to Taichung.

I love travelling around Taiwan, like the other numerous times we did it.
Especially the road trip, driving around the mountains, visiting places we never knew existed.
Vroooooom, and our car got towed away cause we parked in a red lot.
Many many more memories, and all so precious.

Ok, back.
Checked in our hotel, and headed for a late lunch!
Got a little carried away with the numerous shops.
Dad was looking for a proper restaurant that serve proper food, and got damn pissed when he couldn't find one and so, we settled for japanese!

Ignore my face. I love my mom.

It wasn't that bad, really. Cause I got the nicest one, as usual. Haha!

Shopped around the area till our legs almost gave way, then made our way to catch district 9.
Slow, I know.

Liu He Night Market.

I like Taichung, cause I like little shops clustered together.
That gives me the vibe for cheap shopping, haha!
And, they have A LOT.

Day 5

Sun Moon Lake!

This cab driver stopped us, when we were on our way for breakfast and offered to send us there at this discounted price, which was really reasonable.
So, we did.
And I felt cheated after, cause I wanted to take the ferry really badly.
Like, the other time we did when we drove up.
The view was breath-taking and the atmosphere was classic.
Too bad, we didn't manage to take the ferry cause this stupid driver said alot of stupid stuff which still makes my blood boil when I think about it.
I didn't hesitate to give him my attitude.
But nonetheless, the place was still really nice, and soothing.

There were several spots that we stopped to visit, the temple, the hill and everything.
A drive around the sun moon lake cannot compare to taking the ferry.
Do try the ferry! I love.
GRRR.

The temple.

The peacock garden.

The reservoir.
The pagoda.
We were all too lazy to climb up, plus some areas have been affected by the earthquake perviously, and was blocked.

We're on a pretty tight schedule, as daddy had to go back earlier for some work stuff, so we couldn't travel everywhere we wanted.
We headed back to Taipei, on the coach.

Ximending.

Met up the cousins, aunty clara and all (:

Glenda & me!

We ended roaming around till we just couldn't take it anymore.
Gosh, don't you just love holidays? (:
